Matt was born in Harlan county, moved to Johnson County in 1984 and currently lives in Nicholasville. He has worked at Quantrell since February 1999.

Earl was born in Sandusky, OH and grew up in Beattyville, KY. He attended Eastern Kentucky University and moved to Lexington, where he has lived for the last nine years. He is married with a 2 1/2 year old daughter, Madyson Lynn. Earl has been in the car business for 15 years and with Quantrell since May 2002. He started as a porter and worked his way up to service advisor. He is a huge Kentucky Wildcat fan!
